What to expect from the Wedding Gown sample sale:

• Get in line early, the sale is very popular! Due to fire codes, we are only allowed to admit a certain amount of people at a time. We will let more shoppers in as other shoppers leave.

• To let as many brides as possible a chance to shop we use a community fitting room. There are ways to maintain privacy; however, we recommend that you wear undergarments that you feel comfortable in. Some brides wear boy shorts and bikinis.

• There will be hundreds of gowns in sizes 2-28. Designers use different size charts so please be aware that all gowns fit differently. Wedding gowns tend to run on the small side so when you begin your search, grab gowns in your ‘ready to wear size’ as well as a size or two up from there.

• Once you have 4-5 gowns picked out, please proceed to our fitting room. You will be assigned a rack space to change at. As you have gowns to go back, please zip the gown and hang the skirt by the loop on the train and place on the rack by the fitting room door. We will take care of putting the gowns away for you.

• There will be experienced bridal staff on hand in the fitting area to answer questions for you.

• Once you pick your gown please proceed to the front check-out counter. We can send your gown out in a white plastic hanging bag. We also will have breathable, zippered bags for sale up front for $12. They are great for long term storage.

• To be fair to all brides waiting, we turn customers every 45 minutes.

• For the privacy of our customers no cameras or cell phone pictures are allowed in the fitting area. Pictures are ok – but we ask that you go to a common area to snap your shots.

• Men are not allowed in the fitting room area.
